Linear Power Supply 13.8V / 1.5–15V Variable, 40AMP

The Sharman 40A Linear Power Supply delivers a fixed 13.8V DC or a variable 1.5–15V DC output at 28A continuous (40A peak). As a linear design, it produces no switching noise — making it the preferred choice for sensitive HF receivers and high-power amateur radio transceivers where RFI from a switch mode supply would be a concern.

An analogue meter displays supply voltage and current in real time. A front-mounted cigarette socket provides a convenient 10A (max) auxiliary DC output. Short circuit protection and automatic current limiting above 30A safeguard both the supply and connected equipment. Fused at 5A on the mains side.

At 9 kg and 230 × 150 × 270mm, this is a shack-grade supply built for permanent base station use.
