AOR AR-DV3 Digital Voice Receiver 100kHz–3000MHz

The AOR AR-DV3 is a compact wideband digital voice receiver covering 100 kHz to 3000 MHz. Designed for serious radio monitoring, it combines analogue and digital reception, fast frequency searching, advanced RF filtering, recording and flexible computer connectivity in a desktop-format receiver.

Wideband analogue and digital reception

The AR-DV3 receives CW, USB, LSB, AM, synchronous AM, FM and WFM. Supported digital systems include TETRA, P25, D-CR, DMR, NXDN, dPMR, D-STAR, Yaesu C4FM and Alinco EJ-47U. Automatic mode selection can configure the appropriate reception settings for compatible analogue and digital signals.

Fast searching and improved RF performance

A newly developed RF front end uses a 14-segment HF/VHF/UHF band-pass filter to suppress unwanted out-of-band signals. A SAW filter in the IF stage improves adjacent-channel rejection. Standard high-speed search reaches up to 100 steps per second in FM mode, while CYBER SEARCH operates at up to 600 steps per second, depending on the selected tuning step.
