PA-350V VHF Power Amplifier 135–165MHz, 350W, FM/SSB/CW, 2m

The TOPTEK PA-350V is a high-power solid-state linear amplifier designed for 2m amateur radio and commercial VHF operations across 135–165 MHz. Delivering up to 350W output from as little as 5W input (HT) or 10–25W input (mobile transceiver), it accommodates virtually any VHF radio with its two selectable input ranges (15W max / 30W max).

A large green backlit alphanumeric LCD displays simultaneous input power, output power, and SWR readings in real time. Power output is user-selectable in four steps (100W, 200W, 300W, 350W) for FM, and continuously variable up to 360W PEP for SSB. Multiple protection circuits, a built-in 20dB LNA with bandpass filter, thermostatically controlled fans, and RF sense or PTT keying make this a fully self-contained amplifier solution.
