The Comet CF-503C is a high-power duplexer for simultaneous transmission and reception across HF/6m (1.3–90MHz) and VHF/UHF (125–470MHz), covering 2m and 70cm in a single compact unit. Unlike most duplexers in the Comet range, the CF-503C features a PL-259 plug input fitted directly to the body of the duplexer, with two SO-239 socket outputs — making it ideal for installations where the transceiver end uses a PL-259 terminated feedline. More than 45dB of isolation between ports ensures clean band separation. The unused port can remain open, though terminating with a dummy load is recommended.
