The Sigma Venom 1/2 is a half-wave (λ/2) high-gain silver rod CB base station antenna covering 26–28 MHz with a gain of 4.1 dBi and maximum power handling of 1,000 Watts. The half-wave design is voltage-fed and does not require a ground plane or radials for correct operation — making it an ideal choice for installations on non-conductive masts or where a ground plane cannot be established.

Slightly shorter than the 5/8λ Venom at approximately 5,350mm (17.5ft), while delivering comparable gain. SWR 1:1.3 at resonance. SO-239 (UHF female) connector for direct coax connection. On-mast mounting. UK manufactured by Sigma.
