The Moonraker G5RV-HSX Deluxe is a high-quality half-size G5RV multi-band HF wire antenna — one of the most popular and practical all-round HF antennas for amateur radio operators with limited garden space. The G5RV design has been a favourite for decades, offering good multi-band performance on 10, 15, 20, and 40 metres when used with an external ATU, while allowing standard 50Ω coax as the entry feedline to your shack — eliminating the need for ladder line or twin lead running into the house. This Deluxe version uses 15.5m of high-quality 3.5mm PVC-coated flex-weave wire and 4.6m of USA-made 450Ω ladder ribbon for superior build quality and durability. 1000W power handling. Resonant on 10m without a tuner; requires an external ATU for other bands. Note: some internal ATUs may not have sufficient range to tune this antenna.
