Sigma Euro-Comm SE HF X-80 & HF-360 Plus Upgrade Kit 40m & 80m Band Enhancement, HF Add-On

The Sigma Euro-Comm Plus Upgrade Kit is an optional add-on kit for the Sigma SE HF X-80 and SE HF-360 HF base antennas, designed to enhance performance on the 40m and 80m bands. By adding two HF mobile whip elements on a dedicated bracket at the base of the antenna, the kit achieves a lower angle of radiation on 40m and 80m — which in many installations can make a significant difference to DX performance on these bands. Each mobile element is independently tuneable by adjusting the stainless steel whip up or down until the desired SWR is achieved. The elements can be angled horizontally or more vertically to suit space constraints.

Please note: This is a kit only — the SE HF X-80 or SE HF-360 antenna is not included.

Installation Summary

1. Mount the Plus Kit bracket at the bottom of the X-80 or HF-360 antenna
2. Attach the HF elements to the bracket — angle as required
3. Tighten angle mounts with the Allen key provided
4. Tune each element independently by adjusting the stainless steel whip until SWR is achieved
