PA-180V VHF Power Amplifier 138–174MHz, 180W, FM/SSB/CW, 2m

The TOPTEK PA-180V is a compact solid-state linear VHF amplifier covering 138–174 MHz, delivering 180W output from just 5W of input drive. Built around dual MOSFET push-pull PAs, it is compatible with both handheld and mobile VHF transceivers, making it a versatile choice for 2m amateur radio, commercial VHF, and repeater applications.

Four selectable power output steps (60W, 100W, 140W, 180W) are controlled from the front panel, alongside mode selection, RX preamp toggle, and SWR metering via an 8-LED multicolour display. A 21dB low-noise receive preamplifier (2.4dB noise figure) and a large thermostatically controlled fan with unique shroud design ensure quiet, reliable operation at full power over extended periods.
