PA-150U UHF Power Amplifier 430–470MHz, 150W, FM/SSB/CW/Digital

The TOPTEK PA-150U is a 2-stage UHF linear amplifier covering 430–470 MHz, delivering over 150W output from just 2–5W of input drive. Designed for both amateur and commercial UHF operations, it handles FM, SSB, CW, and digital modes with a front panel digital multi-meter displaying input power, output power, and SWR simultaneously.

Three selectable FM power steps (Low, 100W, 150W) and a dedicated SSB mode with automatic delay and peak power metering give precise control for any operating style. A built-in 10dB low-noise receive preamplifier with bandpass filtering, automatic SWR fault protection above 2:1, and RF sense keying for FM (no PTT required for FM) round out a fully self-contained amplifier package.
