The Sharman X-30 is a dual-band VHF/UHF base station antenna covering 144 MHz (2m) and 430 MHz (70cm) — a popular and practical choice for amateur radio operators wanting a single antenna for both bands. Delivering 3.0 dBi gain on 2m and 6 dBi on 70cm, it provides a meaningful improvement over a simple dipole on both bands, particularly on UHF.
